Compliance with legal regulations

For products in our promotional product range, we pay attention to quality, safety and compliance with the requirements that apply to each specific product type. We work with verified suppliers, check available documentation on an ongoing basis and, for relevant products, can provide available test reports, certificates or declarations of conformity on request.

Product safety

Products are assessed according to their purpose, material, category and the requirements applicable to placing them on the EU market.

Documentation on request

Where relevant for the product, we can verify the availability of documentation from the manufacturer or supplier.

Correct marking

CE marking is used only for products covered by specific EU harmonisation legislation.

Not every product must carry the CE marking. CE marking applies only to products covered by specific EU legislation, such as toys, personal protective equipment, electrical products or radio equipment. Other products may be subject to different requirements, including general product safety, REACH, food contact rules, cosmetics or environmental and packaging obligations.

Main compliance areas

General product safety

For ordinary consumer goods from our promotional product catalogue, we monitor EU product safety requirements, including rules for products sold online.

CE and specific legislation

For selected categories, requirements may be relevant for PPE, toys, radio equipment, medical devices, RoHS, low voltage or EMC.

REACH and chemical substances

For materials, dyes, surface finishes and other components, compliance with REACH requirements and chemical restrictions may be important. For branded products, we also check the suitability of the selected printing technology.

Food contact

For bottles, mugs, lunch boxes, containers and other items intended to come into contact with food, the relevant material requirements must be considered.

Environmental and packaging obligations

Document availability varies by product. Some documents may be available immediately, while others need to be checked with the manufacturer or supplier. If you require a specific type of certification for a tender, school, public authority or specialised operation, we recommend mentioning it already in your inquiry.
