The declaration applies to packaging and packaged products placed on the Czech market or put into circulation.
Take-back and recycling
The fees are paid to ensure the take-back and recycling of packaging waste.
EKO-KOM agreement
Payments are made in accordance with the agreement on collective compliance concluded with EKO-KOM, a.s.
UniMark CZ, s.r.o., with its registered office at Trojanova 124, 272 01 Kladno, Company ID No.: 2825204, VAT ID No.: CZ28252047, hereby confirms that fees for ensuring the take-back and recycling of waste have been and will be paid for all packaging and packaged products that are and will be placed on the Czech market or put into circulation. These payments are made in accordance with the agreement on collective compliance concluded with EKO-KOM, a.s., under identification number F00180068.
This declaration is valid from 1 March 2018 and remains valid for an indefinite period.
Any changes to the information provided will be announced immediately.
