A brief confirmation of compliance with extended producer responsibility obligations for packaging placed on the Czech market through the EKO-KOM system.
Packaging on the Czech market
The declaration applies to packaging and packaged products for which UniMark CZ, s.r.o. fulfils producer obligations in the Czech Republic.
Take-back and recovery
Take-back, packaging waste recovery and related obligations are fulfilled through the EKO-KOM system.
EKO-KOM
UniMark CZ, s.r.o. participates in the EKO-KOM collective compliance system under identification number EK-F00180068.
UniMark CZ, s.r.o., with its registered office at Trojanova 124, 272 01 Kladno, Company ID No.: 28252047, VAT ID No.: CZ28252047, participates in the EKO-KOM collective compliance system under identification number EK-F00180068. For packaging and packaged products for which UniMark CZ, s.r.o. is the producer in the Czech Republic, it fulfils its extended producer responsibility obligations through the authorised packaging company EKO-KOM, a.s., to the extent required by applicable legislation and the collective compliance agreement.
This declaration is valid from 1 March 2018 and remains valid for an indefinite period.
