Pad printing

Tampon printing is used to mark advertising and gift plastic, metal, wood and paper products. Printing in small sizes, with high precision and resolution. A special advantage of pad printing is the possibility of printing on curved surfaces. Pad printing is the most widely used printing method. The colours are used according to the Pantone colour chart.

Screen printing

Screen printing is a method for marking advertising and gift textiles, plastic and paper products with a flat or flattable surface. The ink is printed directly onto the surface of the product through a special gauze mesh and then heat set at 170 °C. This technology has high colour accuracy. The colours are used according to the Pantone colour chart.

Laser engraving

Currently, the most modern method of printing is laser engraving of advertising and gift items. The depth can be measured to the hundredth of a millimeter compared to previous mechanical processes. Even small logos can be laser engraved very accurately.

Embossed

The logo is embossed with a specially made high pressure stamp. The result is a 3D impression where you can literally feel the logo through the kneading. The embossing can be done over foil, texture and with metallic paint. We use embossing on leather, paper and some wood.

Embroidery

This technology is designed for marking textile products. As a first step, each logo must be individually programmed on the embroidery machine. The logos are then embroidered on automated machines directly onto textiles such as T-shirts, sports and travel bags, towels and much more. Pantone colours are approximate.

Textile digital print

Digital textile printing is a variation of digital transfer printing optimized for creating durable, long-lasting prints on apparel and accessories. To maximize print durability, wash garments below 40 degrees Celsius.

Digital transfer

Digital transfer printing is a modern, full-colour alternative to traditional transfer printing. The design is printed in photographic quality on transfer paper using a special digital printer and then applied to the product by a heat press. Our digital transfer technology does not limit the size or shape of the prints.

Printing on ceramics

Ceramic printing with firing is used for the printing of promotional mugs and gift glasses using special ceramic and glass inks baked at high temperatures. The logo is used to mark promotional products in a similar way to transfer printing - baked in a kiln. The XP technology can be applied to metallic wooden objects and works in the same way as ceramic printing. Colour accuracy is limited by technical possibilities.

Digital inlay

Digitally printed inserts are UV resistant and are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. The resolution for these prints is 1440 DPI. Colours are used according to the CMYK converter.

Epoxy doming

Rotary engraving

Rotary engraving uses lasers to mark the surface of cylindrical products. Using a special rotary device, the engraved product rotates during the printing process, allowing a large area of the engraved object to be covered. Inkjet overprint

Inkjet overprinting is used to print flat surfaces in colour using a special high-speed inkjet printer. Because inkjet overprinting does not use white inks, the colours of the print may be affected by the base colour of the product. Inkjet overprinting can be used on porous materials such as paper, natural bamboo and wood.

Colour engraving is a special laser technology that uses laser beams with different wavelengths to achieve colourful prints on metal objects without the use of inks or chemicals.

Rotary screen printing

A special type of screen printing for printing cylindrical advertising and gift items. The rotary printing machine rotates the product in parallel with the screen. The result is a continuous print on the entire surface of the product. Colours are used according to the CMYK converter.

Rotary UV LED printing

Rotary UV LED printing is a digital, full-color marking process that produces photographic-quality prints directly onto the surface of cylindrical and conical objects, allowing for large-scale printing across the entire surface of the object. Rotary UV LED prints are coated with a transparent varnish for superior appearance and extra durability.

Sublimation

This printing method can be used for sublimation on special promotional and gift mugs, clothing, t-shirts and flip flops. Sublimation printing is close to photo quality. The sublimation printed logo is high resolution, detailed, bright and colourful (1400 DPI).

Screen transfer printing

Transfer printing is ideal for promotional and gift items that cannot be screen printed due to their size or shape. The logos are printed on special paper and then transferred to the product where they are pressure ignited at high temperature. Transfer printing is water resistant up to 40 °C and has high colour accuracy. The colours are used according to the Pantone colour chart.

UV LED printing

UV LED technology is digital printing directly on the surface of the product.
