Before ordering from our range of promotional products, you can check the characteristics, material and quality of selected items in advance. A sample helps you verify whether the product fits your campaign, target audience and the level of presentation your brand needs.

A sample lets you assess the material, finish, size, color and overall impression before placing a larger order.

B2B service
Samples are sent only to companies with a valid company ID number, so the service matches business purchasing needs.
How sample ordering works
You can order a sample for each product using the “Order a sample” button on the product page, or you can send us your request by e-mail. We will check availability and confirm the next steps.
Samples are available with a 30% discount from the base unit price. In the Czech Republic, the shipping fee is 75 CZK excluding VAT. Samples are dispatched by GLS cash on delivery, usually within 7 days if the sample is in stock.

Important note: Samples cannot be returned according to our terms and conditions. Before ordering a sample, we will gladly help you check the material, availability and suitable printing technology, so the selected product matches the intended use.
If you subsequently order more than 100 pcs of the same product with branding, and you previously purchased its unbranded sample, we will gladly deduct the sample price, excluding shipping, from your order. The discount applies only to the ordered product corresponding to the purchased sample.
