Correctly prepared print data helps speed up production and achieve a better final result. You can upload artwork using the online calculator on the product page or send it to us by e-mail. Our graphic studio will check the files and prepare a visualization of your design on the selected promotional product or promotional textile.

File format

Vector artwork is the safest option for logos because it can be scaled, adjusted and prepared for different branding technologies.

Approval speed

After checking the files, we prepare a PDF preview. Production starts only after your approval or after requested changes are applied.

Print suitability

We check readability, colors, size, placement and whether the artwork fits the selected product and branding technology.

How checking and proofing works

After you upload or send the artwork, our graphic studio checks the logo, graphics, resolution, colors and technical branding options. We then prepare a visualization showing the design placement on the selected product.

The visualization is sent as a PDF proof through our system. You can approve the design or send feedback about placement, size or color. Any requested changes are processed according to your comments and an updated version is prepared.

What to send ideally

  • Your logo in vector format, ideally EPS, AI, PDF or SVG.
  • Text converted to outlines so the font cannot change.
  • For raster images, sufficient resolution, usually at least 300 DPI at the required print size.
  • Information about the required color, such as Pantone, CMYK or your brand color specification.
EPS / AIIdeal vector formats for logos, simple graphics and precise production preparation.
PDFSuitable when it contains vector artwork, outlined text and correctly prepared colors.
SVGUsable for some logos and simpler graphics if the file is technically clean.
JPG / PNGRaster formats can be suitable for digital printing, UV printing or sublimation if the resolution is sufficient.
Important: For logos and graphics with precise shapes, we recommend vector artwork because it is the safest option for most branding technologies. High-quality JPG or PNG files can be suitable for digital printing, UV printing or sublimation if they have sufficient resolution and match the required print size.
