Why is there a handling fee for orders below the minimum value?
We primarily specialize in supplying promotional products and corporate gifts in larger quantities. For very small orders, the cost of processing, packaging, administration and dispatch may exceed the value of the goods themselves.
That is why a handling fee is automatically added to orders below the minimum value. The fee helps cover the cost of processing a smaller order and you will see it directly in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Is it possible to purchase just one piece of a product?
Yes, selected products can be ordered as a single piece without branding. In that case, however, the order is subject to the minimum order value and smaller purchases may also include a handling fee.
If you are interested in one piece as a sample before a larger order, we recommend contacting us via the product button, by e-mail or by phone. We will help verify availability, price and suitability of the product for the planned branding.
Why do you show a unit price if it is not always practical to buy only one piece?
The unit price helps compare products and is also important for combined orders where you can choose multiple products in different quantities.
For branded promotional products, you also need to consider the branding technology, print data preparation and possible fixed setup costs. That is why larger quantities are usually more cost-effective than individual pieces.
Can a private individual without a company ID number buy from you?
Our services are primarily intended for B2B clients, such as companies, organizations, institutions, schools, associations and other customers with a valid company ID number.
We do not normally sell to private individuals without a company ID number, because our offer, order process and promotional product production are set mainly for business purchases, larger quantities and professional branding.
Can I combine several different products in one order?
Yes, you can combine different promotional products, colors, variants and sizes in one order. A typical order may include apparel for a team, writing instruments for giveaways and several higher-value gifts for business partners.
For each product, it is still important to check availability, minimum order quantity and branding options. If you are planning a larger combined order, we will gladly recommend the most suitable solution.

How can I find out the price of promotional products with branding?
For many products, you can use the online calculator, where you select the quantity, product variant, branding position and available branding options. The price is then displayed directly on the product page or in the shopping cart.
If the order is more complex, you need an unusual branding technology or a larger quantity of products, we recommend sending an inquiry. We will prepare a more accurate calculation based on your specific requirements.
How does the online branding calculator work?
The online calculator calculates the price according to the selected product, quantity, branding position, technology and other parameters. For selected products, you can also upload your logo and view an approximate visualization.
The resulting price is based on a standard assignment. If you need an individual adjustment, multiple branding positions, special packaging or an express deadline, it is better to verify everything with our specialist.
Why does the price change depending on quantity?
For promotional products and branding, part of the cost is related to production setup. This includes setting up the technology, preparing print data, checking the design or preparing a printing form.
With larger quantities, these costs are spread across more pieces, so the price per piece is usually lower. A larger order is therefore often significantly more cost-effective than a small quantity.
Can you prepare an individual custom quote?
Yes. If you do not want to choose products yourself or need recommendations for a specific event, budget or target audience, we can prepare a custom quote.
Just tell us your approximate budget, number of pieces, delivery deadline, campaign purpose and, if possible, your idea of the product type. Based on that, we will suggest suitable promotional products and branding technology.

How can I find out the branding price for different types of textile?
For promotional textile, you can use the online calculator for printing or embroidery. You can enter different sizes, colors, models and textile brands, so you receive a branding price for your specific product mix.
The price may vary depending on the technology, design size, number of pieces, number of branding positions and artwork complexity. If you are not sure, we will gladly recommend a suitable technology for the specific promotional item.
What printing and branding technologies do you use?
We use different technologies depending on product type, material and design. The most common include pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, UV printing, laser engraving, transfer printing and embroidery.
The correct technology is chosen according to the surface of the item, required durability, logo colors and size of the branding area. You can also find an overview on the printing technologies page.
How should I supply my logo or artwork?
Vector files are ideal, for example PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. For raster files, sufficient resolution is important, usually at least 300 DPI at the size in which the design will be printed.
- Text should ideally be converted to outlines.
- The logo should be sharp and free of unwanted effects.
- Colors should be defined according to the technology, for example Pantone or CMYK.
- If you are unsure about the quality of your files, send them to us for a check.
Do you send a branding preview for approval before production?
Yes, for branded orders we prepare a preview or proof before production. This allows you to see the approximate logo placement, design size and overall branding layout on the product.
Production starts only after the files are approved according to the agreed process. Fast approval of the preview significantly helps keep the planned delivery date.

How long does it take to produce branded promotional products?
The production time depends on product type, stock availability, quantity, branding technology and how quickly the artwork preview is approved. Simpler orders may be completed faster, while more complex production or multiple branding positions require more time.
If you need promotional products for a specific trade fair, conference or company event, mention the deadline immediately when sending the inquiry. We will help choose products that are realistically available for the required date.
What if I need promotional products quickly?
For express deadlines, the most important thing is to quickly verify stock availability and choose a branding technology that can be completed in time. In some cases, it is better to choose simpler branding or a product that is available in sufficient quantity.
Send us the deadline, quantity and product type as soon as possible. We will recommend options that have the best chance of arriving on time.
What does product stock availability mean?
Stock availability shows whether the product is available in the required variant, color and quantity. For promotional products, it is important to consider not only the product itself, but also the time needed for branding, packaging and dispatch.
For larger orders, we recommend checking availability in advance because stock quantities can change. If a product is not available, we will suggest a similar alternative.

Can I order a product sample?
For selected products, it is possible to order a sample without branding, or individually discuss a branded sample for larger or higher-value orders.
We recommend a sample especially for textile, premium gifts, unusual materials or situations where you need to verify product quality before placing a larger order.
Can I return products with branding?
Products with printing, engraving, embroidery or other personalization are custom-made according to a specific assignment. For this reason, they usually cannot be returned without giving a reason like standard stock goods.
Before production, we therefore always recommend carefully checking the product, quantity, artwork and branding preview.
How do I make a complaint about promotional products?
If you suspect a product defect or a branding issue, contact us as soon as possible and attach a description of the problem, order number and photos of the defective pieces.
We will assess the complaint based on the specific situation, product type, approved files and extent of the defect. The goal is to find a fair and fast solution.
