Production after proof approval

Estimated production timelines

For in-stock items, our optimized production process allows selected printing technologies to be printed and dispatched very quickly, in some cases within 24 hours after proof approval. The actual timeline depends on the selected printing technology, quantity, number of colors, print data quality and current production capacity.

Proof starts production

The production timeline starts only after the graphic proof has been approved. We usually send the proof no later than the next business day after the order is placed.

Technology matters

Pad printing, screen printing, engraving, UV printing, sublimation, ceramic firing and embroidery all have different timelines. See the overview below.

Delivery is added

After production, delivery time must be added according to the warehouse location of the selected product.

The timelines below are estimates. They may be extended during peak production periods, for non-standard requests, while waiting for print data or when the proof is approved later. We will confirm the estimated dispatch date during proof approval. Additional delivery time is then added after production.
