Delivery dates and shipping cost

Below you will find approximate delivery dates and shipping costs for goods without printing. If your order includes branding, the dispatch date also depends on artwork checking, proof approval and the selected printing technology. The expected dispatch date for printed goods is confirmed with the order proof.

Invoicing is always issued by the Czech company UniMark CZ, s.r.o. (Reg. No.: 28252047, VAT ID: CZ28252047). Standard VAT is 21 %, or 0 % VAT for eligible EU VAT payers. VAT validation takes place in the shopping cart. Delivery dates for the Czech Republic are available in the Czech version. See also our Terms and Conditions.

Goods without printing

Delivery depends on the warehouse location of the selected item and the destination shipping zone.

Orders with printing

The expected dispatch date is stated in the order confirmation when the artwork proof is approved.

One shipping charge

Goods from multiple warehouse locations may be delivered separately, but shipping is charged only once.

How delivery dates work

Our warehouses and partner warehouses are located across Europe. The warehouse location is shown in the product detail and determines the estimated delivery time.

Payment and dispatch

Online payment significantly speeds up dispatch. For advance invoices, we wait until the funds are credited to our account.

Multiple warehouses

If several goods from different warehouse locations are combined, the longest delivery date applies to the order. Goods may arrive via multiple carriers.

Seasonal delays

In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed by 1 day. During the Christmas period, forwarding companies may delay delivery by 1-3 days.

Invoicing and VAT

Invoices are always issued by UniMark CZ, s.r.o. If invoicing and delivery are to a Czech entity, the invoice includes 21 % VAT. For exports to EU VAT payers outside the Czech Republic, the invoice may be issued with 0 % VAT after VAT validation.

If the buyer is not an EU VAT payer, the invoice is issued with 21 % VAT. If the buyer is an EU VAT payer but delivery takes place in the Czech Republic, we invoice with 21 % VAT because it is a domestic supply. Delivery dates are subject to the General Terms and Conditions.

Zone 5 shipping note: We reserve the right to change the shipping price depending on the volume of goods. In rare cases, especially for bulky goods, the shipping price may be significantly higher and free shipping may not apply. We will inform you in advance with a shipping quote and dispatch the goods only after your approval.
