Digital Inlay Printing

Digital inlay printing

Digital inlay printing is a method where the artwork is printed on a separate insert and then placed directly into the product under a transparent layer. It is a practical solution for promotional items when you need full-color visuals, fine detail and stable reproduction. You can compare this method with other options on our printing technologies page.

What is digital inlay printing?

The artwork is prepared digitally in high resolution and printed in CMYK on inlay paper. This printed insert is then mounted into the product so the design is visible and protected at the same time. The approach allows flexible shapes and sizes while keeping rich color output.

This method is often used for badges, magnets, key tags, openers, mirrors and selected business accessories where a sharp and colorful visual is important.

We print only on promotional items supplied by us. Before production, we prepare an artwork proof for approval so the final placement, size and appearance are clearly confirmed.
