Digital vinyl stickers are a flexible branding solution for promotional items, packaging and product sets. They are ideal where direct printing is not suitable, or when you need to label different surfaces quickly in both small and larger runs. Typical use includes pens, keyrings, folders, gift boxes and selected textile accessories.

What Is a Digital Vinyl Sticker?

The artwork is printed digitally in CMYK on self-adhesive vinyl and can then be contour-cut to the exact shape of the design. This allows efficient production of both short and large runs without complex setup, and easy adaptation to specific products or campaigns.

The main benefit is full-color output with smooth gradients, fine details and photo-style motifs. Stickers are often used as a practical complement to methods listed on our printing technologies page, or as an alternative to a raised 3D epoxy finish.

Digital vinyl stickers are available only for promotional items supplied by us. Before production, we always prepare an artwork proof for approval, including placement, size and final sticker shape.

We recommend vinyl stickers when you need fast and clean branding across different products without changing their base material. They work well for short-term and long-term campaigns, product lines and internal labeling workflows.
