Digital UV printing and 360° rotary digital printing
Digital UV printing is a full-color branding technology for promotional items, especially suitable for smooth and flat surfaces. It uses CMYK + white, so it handles fine details and color gradients very well. The 360° rotary version allows print around selected cylindrical products. You can find other methods on the printing technologies page.
What is digital UV printing and rotary 360° printing?
In digital UV printing, the artwork is printed directly onto the product and then fixed with UV light. The result is a sharp, vivid print with strong detail reproduction. This method is suitable for many product shapes when the print area is technically appropriate.
Rotary 360° digital printing is designed for cylindrical products without handles, such as sport bottles, selected thermal mugs and similar drinkware. The design can run around a larger part of the circumference, giving your branding stronger visual impact.
Photographic quality
A good option for detailed graphics, gradients and visually rich motifs.
Larger print area
Many products allow a wider branding zone for a stronger logo presentation.
360° rotary print
On cylindrical products, the artwork can wrap around the item for full visual impact.
CMYK + white
Full-color print with a white layer improves contrast on colored surfaces.
When this technology is suitable
Digital UV printing is recommended when you need full color, fine detail and efficient setup even for smaller quantities. Typical use includes writing instruments, selected office items, tech accessories and products from technology & mobile.
