Screen printing transfer

With transfer screen printing technology, graphics are printed on special paper. The colors are printed one after the other on a white background. After printing, the paper passes through a drying tunnel. Then, in the same shape as the graphic, a layer of glue is added and the glue powder is applied. The transfer is then applied to the advertised item with a heat press. Thanks to the heat, the glue melts and the pressure ensures a good adhesion to the advertising item. Finally, the paper is removed and the graphics remain on the promotional item. This technology is used very often and for various advertising items. The print has high color accuracy and high quality.
